To enable Madagascar processing, the variable RSFROOT should be set in the user's environment, pointing to an existing Madagascar installation.
To get the full benefit of the plugin, you should also make sure there is text documentation in the Madagascar installation. This should be present in $RSFROOT/doc/txt. If there is no directory $RSFROOT/doc/txt, or if it's empty, you can run:
$RSFROOT/bin/sfdoc -t $RSFROOT/doc/txt
