Contribute and Make Your Data Available
We are looking for more surveys to make available as torrents files.
- The data should at least contain seismic data. Other types of data are optional.
- Pre-stack seismic data
- Attribute volumes
- Well Data,
- Structural interpretation (horizons, faults, bodies)
- The data should be loaded in OpendTect, and will be distributed as a complete OpendTect project.
The data must be released to the public by its owners, and the owners of the data must give anyone the full allowance to redistribute the data freely. All this information must be given in writing from the data’s owner. We recommend the Creative Common BY SA license, but other licenses may be accepted as well.
Proposals for new data sharing should contain all Survey Information and should be sent to info@opendtect.org for review. We have the right to grant or deny any proposed dataset for any reason.
